• Interactions may be recorded, transcribed, and/or used to improve our services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for that engagement.

While we aim to help clients grow leads, streamline operations, and improve efficiency through AI and automation, we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue increase, lead volume, or return on investment. Marketing, automation, and AI performance can vary based on factors outside our control, including your industry, market conditions, and third-party platform changes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, branding, videos, and software, is the property of KDEK Fortis Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
